Antique Hollow Book SafeAt one time, antique leatherbound books hollowed out for use as a safe box or stash box were common tourist souvenirs in France. Today, they are harder to find. Though these two books are from the 18th century, they were fused together & hollowed out and made into a box in the 1800s early 1900s. I especially love the marbled paper inside. Refer to photos for size and condition Overall good with a slightly loose hinge & dehydration to the leather.
