Roger Sabon Chateauneuf Du Pape Les OlivetsThis wine is made up of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 10% Cinsault grapes. The bright ruby of the colour introduces a nose of smoke, fur, meat juice and undergrowth. On the palate, it is built around mature tannins extended by ripe black cherries. Ideal with grilled, roasted or stewed meats.
