I would blend it for ladies suffering with pre menstrual tension, symptoms of menopause etc. It is a fragrance made with oils that are known to help balance hormones. The blend is used to create harmony within. When inhaled, this comforting blend works its way up to the emotional part of the brain, triggering hormonal responses
