The top has some scuffing/scratching/fading from age appropriate wear

Most of the wear is to the legs - a few areas of veneer repair (see up close photos)

The leaf opens and closes with ease

The chrome and frame are in great condition overall with minor scuffing/scratching (see photos)

There was a chip in the front part of one leg that has been repaired as well as the one of the top arms (see up close photos)
