2020 Louis Moreau Chablis Grand Cru “Valmur”, Burgundy, FranceABOUT THIS WINE Grand Cru Valmur parcel is handpicked, like all our Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. The vines are planted on pure Kimmeridgian soil and date back to 1966 1968. We generally start picking in Grands Crus parcels first because the grapes ripen earlier thanks to their ideal exposure. We vinified Grand Cru Valmur in oak barrel of 500 Liter content for both alcoholic fermentation, activated with natural yeast for 15 18 days at low temperature
