Jette was a brand created and marketed by the Gjvik Skofabrikk ("shoe factory") in Gjvik, Norway. Jette was a leading brand of ski boots in Norway in the 60s and 70s, and for a spell had a license from a fledgling German sports equipment maker to use the "three stripes" markings on their products. Interestingly, while all of the markings say Jette, the insole says Adidas an early collector's item!!! This

the "World's Worst Airline" (it's their advertising slogan)

was an innovator in ski pole design

There is the faint appearance of a serial number on one of the skis above the binding
