Tonga Drum 01This drum originates from the Tonga people of Zimbabwe, it has been hand carved from indigenous wood and finished with a natural leather hide. The drum has a beautiful patina and wear from years of use. Drums have a rich history in African culture and are used in many ceremonial functions such as dances, rituals, storytelling and communication of messages between peoples, villages and the spiritual world.
Whilst our Zulu pots have been carefully restored
Due to being hand-woven into organic shapes
this pot was originally used for storage and cooking by the Tonga people of Zimbabwe
The print is finished with a raw walnut wood frame
Our Dark Alpaca cushion is made with a blend of Alpaca and pure wool
these platters have importance to the Zulu people of South Africa
Please note that this design is one a kind
these Fang mask have the traditional shape of the elongated nose and jaw and are coloured with clays
