Port Eynon MugsMedium size tea mug or large coffee mug! Glazed in blues, an elder flower white and splashes of pink inspired by the beaches of the Gower Peninsular in South Wales where I grew up. Thrown on the wheel and finished by hand. Fired to 1250 degrees. Food safe and fine in the dishwasher. Each mug is slightly different. Three are photographed here. Lava bowls are so called because of the surface-of-the-moon glaze used on the outside

Its made from stoneware clay and fired to 1240 degrees
