First firing is the so called bisque firing where temperature goes as high as 1000C degrees. After that our buttons are ready to be glazed. We put 3 layers of glaze manually and when they've dried, buttons are fired for the second time at about 1210C degrees. The backside of the buttons

Please be aware that these particular buttons are a big deal heavier than our other buttons

To achieve the final look these buttons are glazed with 2 glazes in overall 4 layers which makes the creation process technically demanding and tricky
