San Silvestro Adelasia CorteseThe wine takes its name from the beautiful Princess Adelasia, the bride of Aleramo, who was the first Marquis of Monferrato. The Cortese is a white grape variety typical of the Piemonte area. It is not a very robust variety and requires good climatic conditions in order to ripen properly, but has found its place in the vineyard on these hillsides producing a fresh wine and rich in minerality. This is a dry and refreshing wine with vibrant and fruity
